[LCC] New co-chair

Dear membership,

As some of you already know, the recent meeting in Anaheim saw the  
election of a new female co-chair for Lambda: let us welcome Deb  
Kamen, whom we all already know and love as newsletter editor! She  
will serve as co-chair with Bryan Burns for the next year, at which  
point we will elect a new male co-chair to replace him and serve with  
Deb. So, gentlemen, start revving your engines!

In all seriousness, I'd like to thank the Caucus (and Bryan) for the  
opportunity to serve so long and happily in the co-chairpersonship. It  
has been a real pleasure, and I look forward to maintaining an active  
presence as an ordinary (!) member.
